Kieth : maja is leaving for europe 4/19 and is back 4/29 I want all her things to be ready and well rehearsed before she goes away which means that her solo and the cords for the violin duet with liz is first priority now. Can we rehears some of it with her this comming friday? Another thing is that I need the sounds for my electronic solo to be made before I start choreographing. let me hear from you as soon as possible.

Here is what happend:

Stage is going to be the same for all performances: they are going to lay it and keep it in place for rehearsals and performances. Stage is going to be 15 by 20 feet placed 2 feet away from the east wall, centered.

We are asked if we could perform Thursday May 3rd at 8.00 p.m. if not we will perform May 1st at 4.00 p.m.

The lenght of the total piece: 15 min.

Total budget is $ 150(per group).

Rehearsals in the space start April 25.

For tomorrows agenda we propose the following topics: 1.Theme of the piece 2.Costumes 3.rehearsal and DRESS rehearsal schedule to be determined and turned in ASAP. 4.report for the documentation of project. everybody starts to gather documents and/or edit clips of the different elements we have viewd and used /will use so far.that includes sketches, sound bites, video footage, images, texts and ideas (rough and polished). everything has to be turned in 4/24. this is part of grade.
