Moebius is ensemble-in-residence at both Columbia University and the Plzen Conservatory of Music in the Czech Republic. The ensemble’s unusual instrumentation—two pianos, clarinet, violin, cello—allows for performances of four-hand and duo piano repertoire, piano trios, and various mixed compositions. Moebius has thus far commissioned two works for the entire ensemble.
