Welcome Sound: Audio Art in Roosevelt Homes

Come and visit the insides and outsides of contemporary Roosevelt homes, see how personal aesthetics have intersected with the demands and desires accompanying contemporary life in our borough. Selected homes will also have site-specific sound installations designed for the home-tour event by Roosevelt residents Brad Garton, Victoria Estok, Wiska Radkiewicz and friends from Columbia and Princeton Universities.
House tour tickets will be available at the Roosevelt Public School.
Ms. Ilene Levine is not only a Presidential Award winning science teacher at RPS but she is also an accomplished photographer. Her exhibit in RPS will feature photographs of her students and their activities spanning her 30-year career.

DIRECTIONS:
Roosevelt is on Rte. 571, about 5 miles east and south of Hightstown. Upon entering town going south on Rte. 571 (Rochdale Ave.) the Borough Hall is the first building on the left. To go to the school, make your first right onto Pine Drive then make your first left at School Lane. For further information call Robin Gould at (609)-448-4616. Voluntary contributions of $5 per adult are suggested at most RAP events.

Roosevelt is just minutes from Exit 8 (Hightstown) of the New Jersey TurnPike. Entering “Roosevelt Public School” and the zip code (08555) into either Mapquest or your GPS, should give you turn-by-turn directions from wherever you are.
