CMC in Portugal

Faculty and students from the Computer Music Center were featured guests at the 2009 "Escrita na Pasaigem" ("written on the land") festival held in central Portugal, July 1-10. Graduate students Jeff Snyder and Daniel Iglesia presented their interactive music
performance and graphics work at four cities in the Alentejo area. Brad Garton and Terry Pender performed improvisational music (alongside Gregory Taylor of Cycling '74 software) as "PGT" with Portugese musicians playing traditional instruments.
