This concert is free and open to the public. Founded in 2001, Columbia Classical Performers seeks to support the community of classical musicians on campus who wish to perform in an intimate, stress-free environment for their peers. CCP works to give musicians performance opportunities by providing venues all over campus, coordinating recital logistics, publicizing events, and planning post-concert receptions. CCP has a dual function: to allow musicians an outlet to share their music with the public, and to provide the Columbia community with free, high-quality classical music. For more information please visit the CCP website at http://sites.google.com/site/columbiaclassicalperformers/ or email cuclassicalperformers@gmail.com | ||

To mark the just-published 20th-anniversary edition of the book, Columbia University in partnership with the ARChive of Contemporary Music present Greil Marcus in a one-man performance of Lipstick Traces.
